Why are your prices so low? Answer >

By buying large quantities of network hardware World Wide we are able to source high end product at lower prices than the rest of the market place and therefore we can supply at substantially lower prices.

Are these products 'grey' ? Answer >

Products purchased from an Authorised Distributor or Reseller bought oversees at a different discount rate and benefiting from a fluctuating exchange rate is categorised as selling Grey Goods. We don't buy from these sources in this way; we buy Surplus New and Used Stock from Partners Globally and put into our stock in the UK for resale back into the Cisco market both into the UK and Oversees. 40% of everything we sell is exported..

Where do you get your hardware equipment?

We buy hardware from distributors. We also buy from partners, resellers, integrators, brokers, dealers, leasing companies and end user companies. We aim to buy new equipment at the lowest prices in the World. Do you have any new kit for sale?

Why do you discount so heavily? Answer >

Due to the way we source equipment we can supply the market at a similar or lower cost than the manufacturers distributors. We take advantage of this cost benefit to win deals.

How can you offer a 12 month warranty? Answer >

The equipment we supply is inherently reliable. Our return rate is less than 1% on faulty kit. We guarantee the equipment for your peace of mind. (Please note that some legacy kit may be supplied with a shorter warranty - please check with your account manager).

How does Advance Exchange work? Answer >

If we supply a product to you and it fails for any reason we will endeavour to fix it remotely. If this is not possible and we have an identical or higher specification product in stock then we will send this to you by the quickest means before you return the faulty item. You keep the newly supplied item.

Is it in stock? Answer >

We endeavour to hold large stocks of chassis based routers and switches with their relevant cards. Network Solutions have made a name in the market place selling new high value Cisco products and we try and keep a selection of this type of product constantly in stock.

Do you sell second hand equipment? Answer >

The majority of equipment we supply is new. Engineers and maintenance companies, for example, ask us for legacy 3Com, Nortel and Cisco equipment which we are happy to supply. We also sometimes have stock of equipment we may have taken as a trade in against new, and this type of network hardware is sold back into the market place.

Does the product have the latest IOS? Answer >

New products come with the software loaded at the factory as described. Software upgrade licenses can be bought from us or any reseller / dealer. Used products are sold without a software license.

Do you offer technical support? Answer >

We provide technically competent staff on our helpdesk to answer technical queries relating to equipment we supply. Engineers are available 24 hours a day for planning, consultancy, installation and support issues.
