Network Solutions can provide manufacturer support through their support services - for example Cisco's SmartNet.
Remote Support
Remote login and telephone support are available to contracted customers up to 24/7
Onsite response
An engineer will be onsite within the contractual time of reported failure of contracted equipment; servers, network switches/hubs.
Replacement Equipment
Equipment that cannot be repaired on site can be swapped with Loan Equipment or permanently replaced with new equipment dependent on the contract
